Loan Officer Recruiter / Cold Caller

Remote Assistant Scout is seeking a highly motivated and Loan Officer Recruiter/Cold Caller for 30-40 hours per week.

Compensation:

$6.50 per hour for the first 90 days
$7.00 per hour after 90 days, contingent upon performance
Performance-based bonuses for each successfully hired loan officer

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls, set appointments, and follow up with loan officer leads
Manage and organize calendars effectively
Execute SMS and email marketing campaigns, including general correspondence
Perform data entry, update CRM systems, and maintain loan officer contact databases

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling or appointment setting, preferably within the real estate or mortgage industries.
2. Only candidates with relevant experience should apply.
