Website Designer (Elementor Specialist) + SEO & Admin Tasks (Long-Term Opportunity)

I am looking for someone to update the design elements of 5-10 websites for me, transforming them from basic WordPress, Genesis, and Generate Press themes to elementor-based themes (custom designs). These websites are live, so all changes must be made live.
I prefer to communicate by phone, so the candidate must have good spoken English skills as well. I am based in Europe, so 10minute update calls with me will be made in the early afternoon of European time (8pm Philippine time)
If the collaboration is good, then I have more website work for them (around 10 hours per week ongoing).
