Social Media Designer & Video Editor

We're on the hunt for a talented Social Media Designer & Video Editor!

If you have experience or like to enter the world of managing, creating, & editing social media content in the coaching/biz op / high-performance niche, this is for you.

As the social media designer & video editor of our company, you will be responsible for creating and designing engaging and on-brand graphics for the company for a variety of media.

Materials that we normally produce include social media graphics, posters, workbooks, newsletter, logos, and other publication and marketing materials.

Since appealing and engaging publication materials are now also considered as one of the top and modern ways now to attract more people in and get them more interested in a brand, your position will play an important (& lucrative) role in the team’s success.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Design Quality Posters / Visuals / Thumbnails for Facebook, Instagram, Youtube aligned with Company Branding Guidelines
Simple Editing for Facebook, Instagram, & Youtube Videos (Transcription software provided)
Lead Magnet Design (PDF Guides, Powerpoints, etc.)
Simple Website & Funnel Design
Publishing & Scheduling Content for Facebook / Instagram / Youtube / Podcasts etc

REQUIREMENTS

Has a background experience in designing
Able to communicate and write in English. Must be very good with the language.
Experience with simple caption writing/copywriting would be useful
Is very knowledgeable on using canva or other digital designing tools
Knowledgeable on creating digital arts (digital drawings, doodles etc.)
Can design for both digital and print materials
Has a portfolio of illustrations or other graphics (e.g. thumbnails, posters, etc.)
Is familiar with the trends and best practices of designers for producing attractive and engaging materials (including AI)
Has a keen eye for aesthetics and details
Has the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Has the ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously
Possesses excellent communication skills
And lastly, has a strong desire to improve and grow with the team!
