JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for someone who is able to help us with data entry, onboarding, and some social media posting. We use GHL, Excel mostly.

We're looking for someone who can do the following:
1. Update our Member Map as we onboard new members (data entry)
2. Send all 12 of our Teams Email and Slack Reminders for their monthly calls
3. Input information into a templated landing page to help us build our Rider Profiles (one time project to build, then continue to update as we onboard more riders)
4. Updating Payments of 200+ clients Monthly on an excel sheet (or maybe this can be automated in GHL?)
5. Updating our Facebook ad stats daily (excel)
6. Sending weekly reminder texts to different segments of our marketing list to improve our show up rate for sales calls (GHL)
7. Update our Calendar availability weekly
8. Review 200+ clients to ensure they're tagged correctly (data entry)
9. Follow our refund process when I client cancels
10. Follow our transfer process when a client wants to switch teams
11. Update our Google Swag sheet whenever we make a sale
12. Pre qualify all calls by reviewing their applications once a week

*Bonus is you're able to automate any of these processes using GHL.

And for any of these things that are not documented, created a process for them

We're a all women's moto expedition company that is growing rapidly and needing support along the way. Only applicants who are experts in GHL & Excel will be interviewed.
