About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and autonomous Amazon Account Manager with extensive experience in managing multiple seller accounts. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Amazon's platform, excel in data-driven decision-making, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills. This is a critical role focused on optimizing product listings, managing inventory, improving listing health, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
• Maintain and optimize product listings to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and high visibility.
• Analyze reports, sales, traffic, and conversion metrics to identify and implement improvements.
• Provide expertise in flat-file management, ensuring accurate uploads and compliance with Amazon’s standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues, escalating to Amazon’s internal teams when necessary.
Inventory Management:
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Forecast demand and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
• Track account health and performance trends and generate reports on sales and traffic.
• Identify opportunities for growth and areas needing attention through data analysis.
Data Analysis & Strategy:
• Leverage tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Amazon’s APIs to interpret account data.
• Implement strategies based on data insights to improve account performance

Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience:
o Proven track record managing multiple Amazon accounts and creating data-driven strategies.
o Expertise in flat-file management and troubleshooting upload issues.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in tools such as BigQuery, Power BI, and Google Sheets.
o Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large datasets to inform decisions.
• Soft Skills:
o Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
o Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
o Ability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Other Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data analytics, or related fields preferred.
o A problem-solving mindset with a proactive & autonomous approach to challenges.
