Permanent Full-Time Job Available: Team Leader CSR Role
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4 pm (Philippines time)
Pay Rate: $6.50 AUD per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Team Leader Customer Service Representative (CSR) to not only perform key CSR duties but also help lead and support the team while assisting the manager. Your responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Replying to customer
- Supporting, mentoring, and coordinating with other amazing CSR tea
- Receiving and making customer calls per day, addressing concerns effectively.
- Calling customers to secure positive reviews when needed (Commission: $7 AUD per review on top of your pay rate).
- Assisted the manager with daily tasks and ensuring team targets were met.
- Training will be provided (4-5 hours) prior to starting.
Start Date:
Training begins after passing the interview.
