We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead key ICT, network, and telecommunication projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Role Overview:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects related to ICT infrastructure, telecommunication solutions, managed services, and security implementations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Telstra engineers, Fortinet TAC, and Logic Stream’s internal service desk, project engineers, and lead generation team. The Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful outcomes that meet the client's requirements and Logic Stream’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scope Definition:

Define the project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Create detailed project plans, including resource allocation, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.

Develop technical rollout plans for network infrastructure, including Fortinet devices (switches, access points, routers) and other services.

Execution & Monitoring:

Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with defined goals and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with engineers, technical teams, and Telstra partners to ensure proper allocation of resources and address technical issues.

Use project management tools like Zoho Projects, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 to track project progress and maintain documentation.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectations are managed throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., service desk, lead generation) to ensure seamless transitions between project phases.

Conduct regular project meetings, provide status updates, and report on KPIs, risks, and milestones.

Risk & Issue Management:

Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and implement mitigation plans.

Ensure technical challenges (e.g., network integration, configuration of Fortinet devices) are addressed through appropriate channels (e.g., engaging Fortinet TAC).

Quality Assurance & Delivery:

Ensure project outcomes meet Logic Stream’s quality standards and client satisfaction.

Oversee testing, deployment, and handover of ICT solutions, including documentation and training for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

Telecommunications and Network Delivery Experience

Fortinet and Network Infrastructure Delivery Experience

Ability to manage multiple parties to achieve an outcome

Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within an MSP, ICT, or telecommunications environment.

Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, Fortinet products, and cloud technologies.

Experience managing end-to-end ICT and telecommunication projects, including hardware allocation, configuration, and installation.

Technical Expertise:

Knowledge of Fortinet devices, Telstra services, and Microsoft 365 integration.

Familiarity with IT project management tools (e.g., Zoho Projects, MS Project, SharePoint).

Certifications:

PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.

ITIL certification or equivalent is an advantage.
