Focus: Lead Generation and Client Onboarding in GoHighLevel

We are seeking an exceptional Virtual Assistant (VA) based in the Philippines to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing lead generation and client onboarding using GoHighLevel (GHL). This position requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and outstanding communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation
- Conduct lead scraping using MapLeads inside GHL and OutScraper.
- Manage email outreach campaigns using Instantly.

2. Client Onboarding
- Maintain accurate and meticulous records while managing GHL sub-accounts.
- Set up new clients for success by configuring accounts and conducting email communications and, if required, Zoom calls.

3. Content Creation
- Create tailored content for clients’ Google Business Profiles using proprietary GPT Prompts.

4. System Management
- Ensure smooth operations within GHL by maintaining simplicity and organisation in all processes.

Candidate Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), lead scraping tools, and outreach platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in creating engaging and professional content is an advantage.

Remuneration and Benefits:
- Part-time role: 4 hours per day, 5 days a week.
