Data Assistant – Full-Time Role at 8-Figure E-Commerce Skincare Brand – Growth Opportunities

Our 8-figure e-commerce brand is hiring a Data Assistant to help us streamline repetitive data tasks and support our Data Analyst. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with data systems, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in creating dashboards to monitor key metrics like profit, inventory levels, and marketing performance.
-Perform repetitive data collection tasks and ensure accuracy across platforms like Shopify, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads.
-Support automations to track shipping delays and flag issues for resolution.
-Help manage and update Profit & Loss reports monthly.
-Ensure timely and accurate updates to reports and dashboards for critical decision-making.

Requirements:

-Proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas and data organization.
-Basic understanding of Google Looker Studio or willingness to learn.
-Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify (preferred but not required).
-Knowledge of automating tasks using tools like Zapier (preferred).
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
