JOB OVERVIEW

The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager to lead the implementation of high-impact paid media strategies across Google, Facebook, and potentially other platforms. This role is critical to our success, requiring someone with a proven track record of generating results and driving measurable growth for clients.

You will be responsible for managing every aspect of our paid media efforts, from ad creation (copy/creative) to implementation, optimization, and analysis. Most importantly, you will be expected to lead strategic decision-making and ensure campaigns consistently deliver the desired outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage paid media strategies designed to achieve exceptional results for clients.
- Create compelling ad copy and oversee creative development for high-performance campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns through advanced techniques such as A/B testing, bid strategies, and audience segmentation.
- Analyze performance data and adapt strategies to maximize ROI and client satisfaction.
- Set up and maintain accurate tracking systems (GA4, website tools, conversion tracking, etc.) to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Work independently to execute strategies without the need for constant direction.
- Lead partners and internal resources to ensure alignment and accountability on paid media goals.

- Proven expertise in paid media management, including a strong understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
- Exceptional ability to translate strategy into results-driven execution.
- Deep knowledge of tracking tools and analytics platforms, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize.
