As we grow, we’re looking for someone to support our operations behind the scenes, enabling us to continue providing top-notch service while meeting the demands of a busy holiday season.
What We’re Looking For
We need a proactive, reliable Virtual Assistant who can act as an extension of our team and leadership. Someone who can take direction, prioritize tasks, and execute them efficiently without constant oversight. In short, we’re looking for someone we can trust to handle key e-commerce and organizational tasks that will keep our business running smoothly during this critical period.
Key Responsibilities
-E-commerce Operations
-Manage Shopify operations, including:
-Product listing and inventory updates.
-Writing and optimizing product descriptions.
-Order fulfillment and tracking.
-Drive sales through social media platforms, including TikTok, by supporting campaigns, scheduling content, and engaging with audiences.
-Create content that highlights our unique customer experience and showcases our team’s personality.
-Help implement and manage automated systems for customer communication, including
-Research trends, strategies, and tools to improve our online presence and increase sales.
-Store & Order Organization
-Monitor and track the progress of orders, ensuring clear communication between the team and customers.
-Send regular updates to customers about order statuses via
-Assist with organizing tasks and workflows in tools like Trello to ensure smooth operations during the holiday rush.
-Coordinate documentation, including mockup approvals, completed orders, and inventory records.

What You’ll Need
-Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with Shopify and tools like Trello or
-Familiarity with social media platforms like TikTok and tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or Klaviyo.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Experience with customer communication tools (Google Voice, Zendesk, or similar).
-A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a strong desire to help businesses grow.
-Availability to work full-time during the holiday season (10+ hours/day as needed).
-Graphic design skills a plus+
