Airbnb Guest Experience Associate

Hello! Our team is growing and we are seeking a driven, resourceful, and organized Guest Experience Associate for our vacation rental properties in the US. MUST have AIRBNB experience (used to work for Airbnb). Preferred to have experience with Ownerez PMS. Please ONLY APPLY if you are interested and meet these criteria.

This is a full time job, so you are expected to be available during your shift (although it may not be busy all the time). Key metrics/tasks:

- Respond to messages/inquiries within 5 mins on the OTAs/email
- Triage issues during guest stays and find resolutions asap
- Maintain 5 star reviews on all listings
- Ensure documents and payments are signed and completed prior to arrival
- Leave and respond to reviews
- Successfully file damage claims through Aircover or 3rd party insurance company
- Update listing descriptions, message templates, etc. as needed
- Proactively solve issues before they occur
- Great attitude and work ethic

Starting salary of $5/hour, subject to increases based on performance. Annual bonus eligible.
