Patient Development Representative

We are looking for a dedicated, skilled patient development representative for a surgery practice in the US.

Salary is $5 per hour. After successful completion of the orientation period, successful candidates will be eligible for pay bonuses.

This is a full-time job WORKING 40 HOURS per week, Eastern Standard Time, 8 hours per day (Mondays - Fridays) and (4.5 hours every other Saturday).

Key Job Responsibilities:
Client engagement, answer questions regarding costs, procedures, services, etc.
Book client appointments
Managing appointment schedule/calendar
Maintaining contact with clients (phone via Skype) (email)
Collaborating with office staff to ensure seamless communication and excellent service

Job Qualifications:
Candidate must;
1. Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any related field;.
2. Have at least (1) Year of related working experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role required;
3. Exhibit a strong understanding of customer service and professionalism; at least (1) year of prior sales and/ or patient management experience preferred.
4. Familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP;
5. Have experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office);
6. Have knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
7. Have excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
8. Have excellent time management skills and solid organizational skills
