POSITION OVERVIEW:

We're seeking an Offshore Accountant to join our dynamic team. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance, and experience with Australian & US accounts and proficiency in Xero is mandatory. If you're a detail-oriented accountant looking to make a difference, we invite you to join our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
- End to end management of accurate data entry
- Daily Bank reconciliations
- Preparation of Group Payables
- Inter-entity invoicing
- Preparation of BAS & IAS
- Preparation of Weekly Cashflow
- Manage AP, AR and payroll
- Ensure clients compliance obligations are met and maintain
- Ensure company policy and procedures are followed
- Undertake professional and personal development training

Qualifications/Attributes:
- Proficiency in XERO is a MUST
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven accounting experience, with Australian accounts mandatory, US experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Xero is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data integrity.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
