What You’ll Do
As a Property Management Trainee, your journey includes:
First Six Months:
*Rotate through Maintenance: Coordinate vendor services, troubleshoot tenant requests, and ensure prompt, high-quality repairs.
*Rotate through Leasing: Market properties, screen tenants, and finalize lease agreements.
*Rotate through Customer Service: Build relationships with residents and owners, ensuring their satisfaction and trust.
*Rotate through Operations: Understand the data-driven backbone of property management, from financial reports to compliance.
After Six Months: Transition to a long-term role in one functional area, such as leasing, maintenance coordination, or customer service, where you’ll continue to grow and make an impact.

Position Details
Employment Type: Full-time position.
Compensation: $650–$1,050/month.
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 8:00 AM PST; on-call responsibilities may be required.
Requirements

Self-starter with attention to detail.
