Discord Bot +API integration

Our main requirements:
A script which can run on a website (scraper) which can pull codes for various different offers - the site being latestfreestuff dot co dot uk (mainly mobile emulation)
A Upgrade to see actual info bot with 3rd party integration.

Features:

Cooldowns based on roles (Free role = 12 hour cooldown. Lite role = 1 hour cool down’, ‘Plus role = 5 minute cooldown’).
‘Send to DM’ feature which sends the information the user requested to the DMs.
A button which says ‘Guide’ which is just an explanation for how to use the user-requested information. The guide will be pulled from the database. We will provide you with the guides to put in.
Every time a ‘get code’ button is pressed, it tracks the
A button for ‘generate last code’ incase they lose their code (for the food).
In a channel, when a user generates a code, the message should only be visible to the user who generated the code.
