JOB OVERVIEW:
STR MANAGER is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of short-term rental properties.

Role & Responsibilities
• The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong proficiency with technology and excel in both written and verbal communication
• Ability to probe and clarify inquiries to effectively address underlying issues
• Provide timely and courteous guest support
• Maintain and update all internal documentation as procedures evolve
• Take full ownership of guest services management
• Execute tasks related to reservations, repairs, and maintenance schedules (monthly/quarterly/annually), among others
Example of Tasks:
• Coordinating check-ins and check-outs
• Responding promptly to messages and inquiries
• Ensuring property readiness for incoming guests
• Managing Schlage lock access and scheduling cleaning services
• Addressing noise concerns and arranging routine maintenance
• Handling reservation modifications
• Updating internal documents and guest communication templates
• Coordinating urgent property repairs
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
• Availability required on check-in and check-out days to oversee property operations and respond promptly to guest needs
