Job Description: Amazon PPC Manager (Philippines)
Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time Amazon PPC Manager based in the Philippines to oversee our bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) advertising strategy with a focus on maximizing profitability. This role requires an experienced professional who can optimize campaigns to achieve high ROAS and low ACoS while effectively managing Sponsored Products and Sponsored Display campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have experience using tools like Helium 10, managing seasonal promotions like Prime Day, and resolving account-level issues.
This is a remote position, requiring 15-20 hours per week, with compensation capped at $1,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
PPC Campaign Management
- Set up, monitor, and optimize Sponsored Products and Sponsored Display campaigns to achieve conversion-focused goals.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, negative keyword management, and bid adjustments to improve campaign performance.
- Use tools like Helium 10 or similar to track and enhance ad efficiency.
Seasonal and Promotional Campaign Management
- Plan and execute Amazon Prime Day and other seasonal promotions, including setting up Lightning Deals and Prime Exclusive Discounts.
- Monitor campaigns during promotional periods and adjust bids, budgets, and keywords dynamically to maximize profitability and sales.
Account Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Resolve account-level issues, such as suppressed listings, policy violations, or Buy Box challenges.
- Collaborate with Amazon Seller Support to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Provide weekly reports on campaign performance, including ROAS, ACoS, CTR, and conversion metrics.
- Recommend actionable strategies to optimize ad spend and improve profitability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns with a focus on Sponsored Products and Sponsored Display.
- Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like Helium 10, Amazon Campaign Manager, or equivalent software.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and act on data-driven insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability: 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility during major events such as Prime Day.
Compensation
$1,000 per month for part-time hours.
