Virtual Outreach Specialist for Custom Cabinetry Company

Job Description:
Alta Cusa is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Outreach Specialist to connect with custom homebuilders, architects, and general contractors in Portland, Oregon. The primary role is to introduce our premium European cabinetry solutions through email, text, and other communication methods in a professional and personalized manner.

Key responsibilities include:

- Sending tailored outreach emails to a provided list of contacts. (I have a template for you)
- Following up via email or text to build relationships and secure project details (e.g., measurements).
- Gather the necessary information for quotes. (Measurements, Inspiration Photos, Drawings, etc.)
- Presenting Alta Casa's services, including design, ordering, and installation of high-end European cabinetry in the email.
- Managing and updating contact lists and responses.


Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent written communication skills.
Experience with email marketing, sales outreach, or similar roles.
Familiarity with CRM tools or organization of contact lists (basic Excel/Google Sheets).
A persuasive, professional tone in messaging, avoiding spam-like approaches.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred: Experience in sales, customer service, or real estate/construction industries.

Here’s a breakdown of Pay for this role:

Hourly Rate:
$50 per week for this easy gig

Performance-Based Bonuses:
$15 bonus for secured leads, meetings booked, or projects won.
