Fundraising Manager

The Fundraising Lead will design and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet our organizational goals. This remote role requires outstanding English communication skills to craft compelling donor outreach materials, exceptional project management skills to coordinate initiatives, and the ability to engage and expand our donor base.

Key Responsibilities
Fundraising Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising plans to achieve annual revenue goals.
Lead and manage fundraising campaigns, donor appeals, and virtual or in-person special events.
Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities and innovative approaches.

Donor Relations:
Build and nurture relationships with existing donors through regular communication and recognition.
Research and engage potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
Create compelling donor outreach materials such as proposals, impact reports, and personalized thank-you letters.

Project Management:
Plan, execute, and track all fundraising initiatives from concept to completion.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective implementation of campaigns.
Analyze fundraising outcomes to inform future strategy and growth.

Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and programs, to align messaging and maximize impact.
Coordinate with external stakeholders, including board members and community partners, to amplify fundraising efforts.
