We are on the lookout for a skilled, organized, and detail-oriented Webflow Expert to join our team.
In this role, you will handle Webflow-related tasks, ensuring our websites and landing pages are visually stunning, functional, and optimized. You’ll collaborate with the team to design, build, and maintain dynamic web pages while contributing to other content and administrative tasks as needed.
# Compensation
Starting at $15/hour tracked via Clockify for 40 hours a week during a four-week probationary period.
Eligible for an increase after six months with us.
# Start Date
Ideally immediately (or within 2 weeks).
# Schedule
AEST, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
1. Webflow Website Management
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality Webflow websites and landing pages.
- Convert designs from Figma to Webflow with precision, ensuring the final product matches the design.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality and performance.
- Regularly update content and ensure websites remain functional and user-friendly.
- Implement responsive designs for an optimal user experience on all devices.
- Create and manage CMS collections in Webflow.
2. Design and Content Preparation
- Work on Figma to create, adjust, and finalize designs.
- Prepare visuals and mockups using Canva or other design tools.
- Collaborate with the Content Team to ensure proper integration of visuals and text.
- QA published pages for errors, ensuring a polished final product.
3. General Content and CRM Support
- Collaborate with the team to maintain an organized and up-to-date Google Workspace and Notion system.
- Assist in maintaining HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate customer information and tracking.

4. Task Management and Team Collaboration
- Creating and maintaining Kanban boards in Notion for task tracking.
- Collaborate with the Lead Executive Assistant and Social Media and Content Assistant to streamline workflows.
- Communicate effectively to ensure alignment across the team.
5. Learn and Develop New Skills
- Stay up-to-date with Webflow updates, design trends, and best practices.
- Actively contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
# Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in Webflow website design and management.
- Expertise in converting designs from Figma to Webflow with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Webflow CMS, including collections, animations, and interactions.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.), Canva, and Notion.
- Knowledge of basic SEO principles and website performance optimization.
- Strong design skills and ability to create visually appealing layouts.
- Comfortable on video for team collaboration (camera, mic, lighting, and work area are required).

- Coachable and willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
