As we grow, we’re looking for talented sales professionals to join our team and drive revenue growth by connecting with potential clients worldwide.

Job Summary
We seek a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist + Lead Setter to generate leads, build relationships, and book calls on our Founder's calendar to close the deal. This remote position has flexible hours, perfect for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities
Qualify leads and understand client needs to provide tailored solutions.
Conduct outbound emails, and follow-ups to prospective clients.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements
Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing (minimum 1 year).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong research skills.
Coachable, willing to learn, and overall solid communication skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with podcasting or media production is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM tools.
