About the Role:
Are you a creative designer with a passion for producing impactful visuals that resonate with audiences? We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to create eye-catching marketing assets across various digital platforms. Your work will support GoJoe’s clients, social media channels, events, app, and website, helping to drive brand growth and engagement. What You’ll Do:
1. Marketing & Social Media Design:
- Design visually engaging assets for GoJoe’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Support GoJoe’s paid and organic social campaigns with standout graphics.
- Develop creative visuals for GoJoe’s sales and marketing campaigns, including presentations,
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visuals that align with GoJoe’s branding and voice.
2. Client & Event Support:
- Produce custom marketing collateral for GoJoe’s B2B clients, such as co-branded assets for their internal events, digital channels and
- Design materials for virtual and live events, including banners, invitations, and presentations.
2. App & Website Design:
- Support lead designer, where required, assets for core GoJoe products of app and website that enhance user experience and ensure brand consistency.
- Design landing pages, banners, icons, and other digital content for GoJoe’s platforms.
4. Brand Development:
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all assets adhere to GoJoe’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Evolve GoJoe’s visual identity by introducing fresh, creative ideas that align with the company’s mission.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in a graphic design role (agency or in-house).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Proven experience designing for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of brand identity and visual storytelling.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote work environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality visuals.
- Experience collaborating with marketing and customer success teams in a fast-paced setting.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with video editing tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience designing for web and app environments.
- Knowledge of the health, fitness, or wellbeing industries.
