Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to contact warm leads, follow up with potential clients, and book consultations with our health coaches. This role is vital to the success of our program, ensuring clients take the first step toward their health transformation.

Responsibilities:

-Make outbound calls to warm leads and schedule consultation appointments.
-Follow up with leads via calls, texts, or emails who have not responded to initial outreach.
-Provide basic information about our program and answer client inquiries confidently.
-Maintain accurate records and update lead information in our CRM system.
-Collaborate with the sales and coaching teams to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and handoffs.
-Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications:

-1–3 years of experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or similar customer-facing role.
-Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a personable and empathetic tone.
-Experience with CRM systems like ActiveCampaign is a plus.
-High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
-Positive, patient, and persistent attitude with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
-Familiarity with health, wellness, or weight loss programs is an advantage but not required.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $6–$8/hour (USD), based on experience and qualifications.

Performance Bonuses:

-$1–$3 per appointment successfully booked and attended.
--Monthly bonus of $50–$100 for exceeding targets.
