We are seeking a proactive and organized Shopify Site Manager to help optimize and maintain our e-commerce site, cederbergtea.co, which specializes in premium teas and merchandise. As the Shopify Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, improving user experience, executing promotions, and engaging with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Promotions & Campaigns: Create and execute sales promotions using tools like Dealeasy, Aftersell, and Selleasy.
Customer Engagement: Use Shopify Inbox to respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely communication.
Site Management: Update banners, optimize product listings, and make basic adjustments to the site to improve functionality and aesthetics.
SEO & Listings: Implement basic SEO strategies for product listings to improve search rankings and traffic.

Email Templates: Manage and update email templates using Orderly eMails to ensure professional and engaging communication with customers.
Workflow Enhancements: Suggest and implement improvements to site workflows to increase efficiency and improve customer experience.
Tools You Will Use:

Shopify (Primary platform for the site)
Printify (For merchandise fulfillment)
Shopify Inbox (Customer support and communication)
Dealeasy, Aftersell, Selleasy (Promotions and upsells)
Orderly eMails (Email templates)
Requirements:

Experience with Shopify (no coding required, basic updates and management).
Strong communication skills and ability to manage customer inquiries.
Experience using promotional tools and apps in the Shopify ecosystem.
Ability to collaborate via Slack and be part of a growing e-commerce team.
Basic SEO knowledge for product listings and site content.
