Would you be able to help us with the following:

Creating a new Azure VM: We'd like to create a new virtual machine in your Azure cloud environment.
Adding the Azure VM to the Domain: Once created, we'd need to add this VM to our existing domain.

Promoting the Azure VM to a Domain Controller: This would make the new VM a functional Domain Controller for our network.
VPN Tunnel Setup:

To facilitate communication between the old Cloud System and the Azure environment, the prior IT Company has already created a VPN tunnel on their end. They can provide us with the necessary Pre-Shared Key (PSK) once the Azure side of the tunnel is established.
