Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be an integral part of the sales process by connecting with potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and an excellent communicator who can effectively represent LecsIT.

Responsibilities:
- Make 35-75 outbound calls daily to introduce our products and services to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and gather key information to assess potential interest.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and meet sales goals.

Requirements:
- Preferred: Experience in telemarketing, sales, or appointment setting, especially with SaaS or IT-related campaigns.
- 6-12 months of experience making outbound cold calls.
- Proven success in appointment setting with measurable results.
- Consistent employment history with minimal job changes (ideally over 6 months in each role).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and engage effectively over the phone.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and related tools.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a strong desire to succeed.
