| Your Role
As the Creative Strategist, you'll manage the Meta Advertising team, provide feedback on deliverables, and hire A-players to build a high-performing team that thrives under your leadership.

| Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the Meta Advertising team, ensuring all team members meet expectations and contribute effectively.
- Review and provide feedback on creative deliverables, such as ad copy & videos to ensure best practices & brand consistency.
- Analyze ad performance metrics regularly, identify trends, and implement strategies to optimize campaign results.
- Lead the hiring process for key advertising roles, including conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and onboarding new team members.
- Identify areas for improvement within advertisements, systems, team performance, and individual roles.

| Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in direct response marketing.
- Proven track record of creating high-converting Meta advertisements.
- Experience working with brands driving $100K+ in monthly revenue.
- Hands-on experience in hiring A-players and building high-performing teams.
- Strong background in managing a team, including providing revisions and feedback to improve deliverables.
