PDF/ Printable Creator

I am looking for someone to create PDF downloads/ printables for my printable shop. Looking for someone with experience with design and understanding of general design principles, how to lay out a page, etc. This would likely just be occasional work with a few hours a week, sometimes recipe books, sometimes checklists, calendars, etc.

PLEASE provide a link or attachment to some of your recent work creating a printable or ebook so I can see.
