Shopify Customer Service + Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Shopify Virtual Assistant to join our team.

Primary responsibility will be answering customer inquiries via email while filing SOPs.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Shopify, product sourcing, and a flair for design. You will be responsible for importing products from Chinese suppliers (via 1688), sourcing high-quality product photos, creating compelling product descriptions, and making general design edits to the Shopify theme. Additionally, you will be responsible for adding customer reviews to enhance the credibility of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support via email
Product Importation: Import products from 1688 and other Chinese platforms into Shopify.
Photo Sourcing: Source and edit product images from various online sources to ensure they are high-quality and fit the store’s aesthetic.
Copywriting: Create engaging, persuasive, and informative product descriptions that resonate with our target audience.
Theme Editing: Make general design edits to the Shopify theme, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing look across the store.
Review Management: Add and manage customer reviews to enhance product credibility and encourage trust.
Qualifications:

Proven experience working with Shopify.
Experience with importing products from 1688 or similar platforms.
Strong design skills, with the ability to edit and enhance the Shopify theme.
Excellent copywriting skills, particularly for product descriptions.
Familiarity with sourcing high-quality images online.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).

You must be able to speak and write English with proper grammar and spelling and have good command of the English language.
