We’re seeking dedicated Account Managers to join our team part time and ensure seamless communication, client satisfaction, and project excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment with their goals. Maintain strong relationships by addressing client needs promptly and professionally. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to meet client expectations.
2. Case Studies and Reporting- Develop compelling case studies showcasing successful campaigns and strategies. Prepare detailed reports summarizing performance metrics, insights, and ROI for clients.
3. Meeting Support- Organize and participate in client meetings, ensuring actionable agendas and thorough follow-ups.
4. Data Aggregation- Collect, organize, and analyze marketing data from various platforms. Use data insights to inform strategies and demonstrate value to clients.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years in account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM tools).
- Knowledge in digital marketing
