We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated, and upbeat Virtual Real Estate Marketing & Operations Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Lead Generation
Design branded social media graphics for posts such as Offer Accepted, In Escrow, Just Sold, and Just Listed.
Post engaging educational content across social media platforms (Instagram,
Edit and refine video content for professional, attention-grabbing social media posts.
Schedule approved posts on social media, ensuring timely and consistent updates.
Create and manage a professional monthly newsletter.
Delegate leads to lenders and maintain organized records of lead distribution.
Proactively contact agents interested in mentorship opportunities to join eXp Realty and guide them in achieving their first three transactions in under 90 days.
Plan and execute event marketing, including creating flyers, posting announcements, and brainstorming ideas.
Client & Agent Support
Request and organize necessary documents for pre-approval processes.
Facilitate the onboarding of new agents by connecting them with key tea
Assist during training calls by taking detailed notes, managing chat conversations, and providing links to resources.
Data Management & CRM (KVCORE) Oversight
Maintain accurate records of buyer and seller leads, tracking client interactions and outcomes.
Manage follow-up processes in KVCORE for closed buyer and listing leads.
Ensure all contacts are added to the monthly newsletter distribution list.
Administrative Support
Organize and track key data, including sold leads, gross revenues, and expenses.
Support the team during twice-weekly training calls.
Help with event planning logistics and marketing.

Experience in video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Familiarity with CRMs like KVCORE and database management.
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks remotely.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in lead generation and tracking processes.
Knowledge of onboarding processes for new agents.
Background in event planning and virtual marketing campaigns.
Ability to create systems for tracking and optimizing performance metrics.
