Construction Estimator (Remote)

Job Title: Estimator
Location: Remote
Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT, Monday to Friday

Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Estimator to provide accurate quotes for our clients on a daily basis. The role involves bidding on leads to secure new opportunities and providing detailed, competitive quotes on the same day. Once a quote is accepted, the Estimator will liaise with clients to arrange site visits and coordinate the subsequent work with our operatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess incoming leads and prepare quotes in a timely manner.
Ensure all quotes are accurate and competitive.
Communicate effectively with clients to confirm job details and book site visits.
Liaise with internal teams to schedule work once quotes are accepted.
Provide clear and professional communication throughout the quoting process.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in estimating, construction, or a related trade is advantageous.
Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
Excellent time management skills.
