Position Overview:

As a Cold Caller at No Risk Designs, you will play a vital role in generating leads and setting up opportunities for our web design and digital services. This is a results-driven role, ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce No Risk Designs’ services and potential clients we service.

Identify and qualify potential leads.

Engage prospects, build rapport, and handle objections professionally.

Schedule appointments or follow-ups for our sales team.

Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in our CRM system.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferred but not required).

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.

Basic knowledge of web design or digital marketing is a plus but not necessary—training will be provided.
