Passionate about impactful creative strategies in Web3 or Tech? We're seeking a Creative Coordinator to streamline workflows, refine processes, and ensure quality execution of creative projects. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, branding expertise, and alignment with creative direction.
Reporting to Creative Leadership and collaborating with account management, you'll translate client goals into actionable tasks for creative teams. While primarily internal-facing, you'll also engage clients to clarify feedback, ensuring it aligns with the brands vision and objectives. Responsibilities are as follows.
What You'll Do
Streamline workflows by coordinating tasks, timelines, and team resources.
Ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines and creative direction as a Quality Assurance checkpoint.
Maintain and update project documentation for clarity and consistency.
Continuously improve internal processes for efficiency and quality.
Oversee project schedules and ensure on-time delivery of tasks and milestones.
Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively suggest solutions.
Distribute meeting agendas and follow up with action items to keep teams aligned.
Attend client calls, gather feedback, and translate it into actionable next steps.
Act as a liaison to consolidate and clarify feedback between internal teams.
Align client feedback with project goals and deliverables in collaboration with creative leads and account managers.
Build client trust through attentive listening and effective communication.
Who You Are
We're looking for someone that matches the qualifications below:
Degree or experience in marketing, communications, design, or a related field.
Experience in Web3 or Tech Start Up (Not required but a plus)
2-3 years of experience in project coordination, creative production, or a similar role.
Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools like Notion and Asana.
Experience in creative or agency environments, especially in Web3 or emerging markets, is a plus.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Passion for branding and contributing to creative discussions.
Proactive problem-solving and process improvement skills.
Technical Requirements
High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps or fiber connection).
