Social Media and Content Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media and Content Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts for both the @DevinAlexander brand and @FitMomFitKids_ brand, creating engaging content, and growing our online following. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and managing our bi-weekly newsletter and coordinating the launch and promotion of our new podcast.

Responsibilities:

? Develop and execute a social media strategy to grow our online following and increase engagement across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok
? Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and memes, to promote our brand and products
? Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies as needed to increase engagement and reach
? Manage and grow our bi-weekly newsletter, including creating content and coordinating with affiliates to promote their products and services
? Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that support business goals
? Manage our Fit Mom Fit Kids Facebook Group
? Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure we are always using the most effective strategies
? Coordinate the launch and promotion of our new podcast, "Fitting It In," including managing guest outreach, preparing guests, editing and uploading episodes, and creating social media memes to promote episodes

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
? 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and email marketing
? Experience with social media analytics and using data to make informed decisions
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
? Experience with podcast production and promotion is a plus
? Knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry is a plus
