JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
Calibre Solutions is looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Representative / Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is critical to expanding our client base by generating leads, sending cold emails, and following up with potential customers. The ideal candidate is proactive, enjoys relationship building, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential clients through various channels (online research, databases, social media, etc.) to create a robust pipeline of prospects.

Cold Outreach:
Initiate contact with potential clients via cold emails and other outreach methods, presenting Calibre’s solutions and value proposition effectively.

Follow-Up:
Consistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel, ensuring a high level of engagement.

Account Management:
Manage relationships with prospective clients from the initial contact through the closing stages, ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales process.

CRM Management:
Track all leads and sales activities in the CRM, keeping records up to date with key information and next steps.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, share feedback, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or account management.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Experience with CRM software and lead tracking systems.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in B2B sales, especially in SaaS or tech industries.
Familiarity with email marketing tools and sales automation platforms.
