Image Ad Designer with Creative editing and marketing experience

We are a fast-growing E-commerce brand searching for a talented, experienced image ad designer.

Job Responsibilities:
Editing 100+ highly engaging image advertisements every week (Do not apply if you cannot hit this mark every single week.)
Consistently produce a high-quality final image as explained in each ad brief
Write short but effective copy when necessary
Upload completed creatives to hosting platform upon completion
Submit finished images with a rapid turn-around time
Effectively recreate images that are provided to you as templates

Candidate Requirements:
Speak great English (this will be tested)
At least 2 years of past experience in an image editing role
Be available 9 AM-5 PM EST, Monday-Friday
Experiencing editing thumbnails and/or ad creatives
Deep understanding of marketing fundamentals and engaging editing practices
Be dependable and reliable
Extreme attention to detail
Have basic problem solving skills

We have a big team and just want someone who we can depend on that doesn't use the my wifi is down, or typhoon or whatever other excuse we get from new employees why they can't work.

This role is part-time to start, but will quickly become full-time if you do good work. There is a huge opportunity to take on a more senior role with the brand down the line.

Once you are full time, it is mandatory that you upload a bare minimum of 100 completed images per week. This is a very firm requirement, so do not respond if you are not committed to taking this expectation seriously.

We are looking for someone who can truly work full-time and be consistent. Include "Image Designer for Health Brand" in the title or you will automatically be disqualified.
