Customer Support and Sales Agent (No Phone Calls)

We are have 5x Positions for this role available. It is a sales-focused role in a fast-growing UK based business.

Responsibilities:
• Communicate with Customers.
• Build strong relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat sales.
• Upsell services based on customer interests.
• Manage multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Achieve sales targets using persuasive communication.
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Required Qualifications:
• Excellent written English (you will be tested).
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Ability to build rapport through text communication.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable laptop/computer and stable internet.
• Available at least 6 days per week.
• Ready to start immediately.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in high-ticket sales.
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
