We are a dynamic and growth-focused team creating impactful, high-quality content inspired by thought leaders. Our goal is to deliver engaging, story-driven videos that resonate with our audience while fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a talented Video Producer/Editor to transform long-form video content into shorter, high-impact pieces. Your primary focus will be on identifying the “hook, story, and value” within long-form videos and producing engaging content that delivers key takeaways to our audience.

Responsibilities:
Analyze long-form videos (e.g., 1-hour sessions) to extract high-quality, concise content pieces between 60-90 seconds.
Develop engaging stories by identifying valuable insights (“treasures”) within the content.
Focus on storytelling and audience engagement, ensuring every piece has a strong hook and clear takeaway.
Collaborate with the team to align on content strategy and standards for color, sound effects, and overall quality.
Manage editing tasks with a focus on content quality rather than complex visual effects initially.
Create deliverables optimized for social media platforms, following best practices for audience engagement.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in video editing and content creation.
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to identify hooks and distill long-form content into concise, impactful pieces.
Familiarity with social media marketing and direct response content is highly desirable.
Understanding of thought leadership and online training ecosystems (e.g.,Tony Robbins, Marie Forleo, Tom Bilyeu, etc.).
Ability to meet deadlines, take initiative, and deliver high-quality work consistently.

Tools & Skills:
Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut, etc).
Experience with Google Drive and other tools for sharing video content and tutorials.
Knowledge of best practices for color grading, sound design, and editing standards.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Work Details:
Rate: Negotiable (based on skill level) with potential for growth based on performance.
Location: Remote, flexible hours. Must be available during PST hours for team meetings and collaboration.
Growth Opportunity: Potential to transition into a more specialized or senior role as our team and content strategy evolve.
