Call Center/ Cold Caller

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Cold Caller to join our roofing company’s sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, educating them about our roofing services, and generating leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong ability to build rapport with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to homeowners, and or property managers to introduce our roofing services.
Present the company’s services in a clear, professional, and engaging manner.
Identify and qualify leads based on customer needs and roofing requirements.
Set appointments for the sales team to provide in-depth consultations and quotes.
Follow up on initial calls to ensure interest and answer any customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and appointments in the company’s CRM system.
Track and report on call outcomes, including successful leads, no answers, and follow-up tasks.

Prior experience in cold calling, sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
Excellent listening skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer software.
Knowledge of roofing services or construction industry is a plus.
