JOB OVERVIEW

Sales Coordination:
? Manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate categorization and
smooth lead progression.
? Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and change orders by sourcing information from
team members as directed by the Sales Director.
? Conduct outreach to leads and maintain accurate CRM updates.
? Schedule discovery calls and necessary follow-ups.
? Perform initial research on leads to inform sales strategy.

Executive Assistance:
? Monitor and manage the CEO’s email inbox, drafting replies and prioritizing important
messages.
? Oversee the CEO’s calendar, coordinating appointments and managing scheduling
conflicts.
? Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations, and
preparing detailed itineraries.
? Assist with personal requests and ensure smooth daily operations.
