We are looking for a motivated and proactive Social Media Lead Finder & Manager to help us expand our client base, engage with potential leads, and grow our online presence.

Job Overview
This dual-role position combines lead generation with social media management responsibilities. You will play a crucial part in generating leads for WavyStay by engaging with potential clients on social media platforms. Additionally, you will manage WavyStay’s social media accounts, create compelling content, and grow our following to enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Finder Responsibilities:
Daily Engagement: Log into Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook accounts daily to interact with potential leads.
Lead Identification: Research and identify individuals or businesses interested in Airbnb hosting, co-hosting, or property investment.
Messaging: Send personalized direct messages (DMs) and follow up with potential leads to introduce WavyStay’s services.
Content Engagement: Like, comment, and engage with relevant posts to build relationships and increase visibility.
Tracking Leads: Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, responses, and follow-ups using tracking tools or spreadsheets.
Social Media Management Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop and schedule engaging content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn to showcase WavyStay’s expertise and services.
Community Management: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
Analytics: Monitor and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize growth and engagement.
Research: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and identify opportunities to leverage emerging platforms or content formats.
Campaigns: Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with WavyStay’s goals, such as webinars, promotions, or educational series.
Qualifications

Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook).
Experience in social media content creation and management.
Strong written communication skills for crafting engaging posts and messages.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Basic knowledge of the Airbnb industry or willingness to learn.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or native platform tools) is a plus.
Previous experience in lead generation, social media marketing, or sales is preferred.
