Social Media Officer

The Guiding Star LLC is a professional services company providing essential administrative and financial support such as bookkeeping and accounting services by empowering our clients with accurate financial insights through clarity and efficiency.

As a Social Media Officer, you are expected to:
*Create and maintain visually appealing and user friendly website interface
*Optimize visibility and drive traffic by employing search engine optimization
*Monitor website performance and handle social media platforms
*Design marketing materials and collateral
*Update creatives and content to be consistent with branding guidelines
*Answer any questions or concerns raised in the website or social media platforms, or correctly tap the corresponding department in charge of the query

Qualifications:
*A graduate of Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
*At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related experience
*Knowledgeable in website creation and management
*Experience in content creation, community management, and analytics preferred
*Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Has a work-from-home set-up (personal device, stable internet connection, noise-canceling headset preferred)

NOTE TO APPLICANT: This is a project-based position, initially set for a 3 to 6-month contract, which may be renewed, extended, or changed to a full-time position, depending on the business need.
