We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across META
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on META and Google to boost customer acquisition, engagement, and sales.
- Manage all aspects of campaigns, including ad sets, targeting, creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentation.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing of copy, creatives, audience targeting, and placements.
- Analyze campaign performance data to refine targeting, budgets, bids, and creative strategies for improved ROI.
- Set up and maintain robust conversion tracking and reporting to accurately measure campaign performance.
- Stay current with the latest updates, features, and best practices for META and Google advertising.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns on META and Google platforms.
- Expert-level proficiency in META Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Google Ads tools.
- Proven experience with META conversion tracking and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to campaign performance.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Track record of improving campaign results and achieving ROI targets.
