Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to support a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in both her clinical responsibilities and personal activities. This role offers a dynamic mix of administrative, creative, and research tasks, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment while also working autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the FNP with clinical duties, including drafting patient charts, organizing medical notes, and leveraging AI tools for efficient documentation and task management.
- Design flyers, posters, and other materials using Canva or similar platforms.
- Manage and organize spreadsheets, reports, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and handle personal administrative tasks.
- Conduct research on topics related to functional medicine, healthcare trends, personal interests, and business needs.
- Proactively identify and implement solutions to improve workflows and streamline processes.
- Be on call during the FNP's work hours to provide immediate support when required.
- Support in other personal and administrative tasks as assigned.
