Virtual Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a Virtual Healthcare Assistant to work alongside a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in a cash-based functional medicine clinic. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and eager to support a growing practice that emphasizes personalized, holistic healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative and professional materials such as flyers, posters, and brochures using Canva or Vistaprint.
- Develop and manage spreadsheets and presentations with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and personal administrative tasks.
- Conduct research on topics related to functional medicine, health, business, and personal interests.
- Utilize AI tools to assist the FNP with drafting patient charts, making notes, and completing other administrative tasks efficiently.
- Provide direct support to the FNP in all clinical and operational duties.
- Be on call during the FNP's work hours to ensure immediate support when needed.
- Proactively identify and implement solutions to improve workflows and processes in the clinic.
