Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Intake Manager who is smart, detail-oriented, and highly organized to oversee and streamline our lead intake process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming leads, ensuring accurate data entry, and facilitating efficient communication between our team and potential clients. This role requires excellent organizational skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently to maintain the quality and efficiency of our lead management system.
Responsibilities
Lead Management:
Collect, organize, and process incoming leads from various sources.
Ensure all lead data is accurately recorded and maintained in our CRM system.
Data Validation & Quality Control:
Verify the accuracy of lead information (e.g., contact details, demographics).
Enrich lead profiles using research tools as needed.
Communication & Coordination:
Serve as the first point of contact for new leads when required.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless lead handoff.
Reporting & Optimization:
Monitor lead intake metrics and provide regular updates to management.
Identify gaps in the lead intake process and suggest improvements.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze and validate data for accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Familiarity with lead enrichment tools (e.g., Nimbler, Clodura, Reoon
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
