Qualifications :

> At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience preferably within business-services environment
> Experienced in an accounting or finance role
> Experienced with accounting software such as Ceridian or QuickBooks accounting software is a must
> Knowledgeable with MS Excel, Google Workspace (Google Spreadsheet, Google Docs, etc.)
> Familiarity with record-keeping and reporting
> Strong written and verbal communication skills
> Strong work ethics and sense of confidentiality
> Excellent organization skill
> Excellent time management
> Have great data entry skills
> Attention to details

Responsibilities:

> Payroll administration via Ceridian or QuickBooks
> Bookkeeping - bank reconciliations, A/R management
> Financial reports
> Year end preparation for accountant
> Report Statistics - weekly scoreboard, monthly employee sales statistics, quarterly and yearly reports, quality control of vendor costs
> Tracking - equipment tracking for maintenance and inventory, supply inventory management
