We are looking for a skilled and motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. You will be responsible for engaging with leads via text,
Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospects who have booked calls via text,
- Build rapport with leads to confirm and maximize show-up rates for booked calls.
- Manage and nurture leads using our CRM (GoHighLevel).
- Report daily on follow-ups and booked calls to the team.
- Collaborate with the closer to optimize the sales pipeline.
Requirements
Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or similar roles.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Ability to work 3–5 hours per day during our business hours.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency with tools like Calendly, and CRM platforms (experience with GoHighLevel is a plus).
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
Preferred Qualities
Experience in the eCommerce or coaching industry.
Familiarity with sales processes and client communication.
Results-driven mindset and ability to handle objections.
